our history

Dominic Morrocco founded UrbanSpan with the belief that buying, selling and leasing loft real estate could be faster, easier and more efficient. During July of 2001 that idea became a reality when UrbanSpan was launched. Since inception, UrbanSpan has grown to assist loft seekers and sellers throughout Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Washington DC. Today, UrbanSpan is the largest residential loft organization in North America.
