Urbanspan.com is owned and operated by Shawn Farley, a licensed real estate agent, and partner consultant with UrbanSpan in Chicago, Illinois.

Urbanspan.com is not a real estate company, nor is it a brokerage firm in any way, shape or form.  Urbanspan.com is a website that allows you to view information on selected 'loft' properties available in the cities of: Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Washington D.C.

Loft properties advertised within Urbanspan.com that are located in cities other than Chicago are being advertised by licensed real estate agents in those cities, not UrbanSpan or Shawn Farley.

Questions and requests for information regarding properties located outside of Chicago are forwarded to the licensed agent in the particular city where the property is located for response.  Neither Shawn Farley, nor any consultant with UrbanSpan in Chicago is able, nor allowed, to answer any questions regarding these properties, or provide you with any

additional information.

The partner consultants advertising properties that are located in other cities are not employees or staff of UrbanSpan. They are loft specialists licensed and employed in the city in which they are advertising loft properties available.

Properties advertised within Urbanspan.com may not be offered exclusively by Shawn Farley, UrbanSpan LLC, nor our affiliate partners or their employing companies.  All information contained within is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed.

The goal of Urbanspan.com is to develop a network of professional loft consultants to better serve our clients' needs in the processes of buying, selling and leasing loft real estate.
